Start with the thing you are wondering about.
Can I get a price from the materials estimator?
It gives an illustrative materials range for a straight, simple job. Labour, access, ground conditions, drainage, waste, gates and corners need a site visit, so it is not a quote and never pretends to be one.
Do you only build fences?
No. Fencing and gates are where many conversations begin, but Greenfold also plans patios, paving, decking, planting and the connections between them. A boundary that ignores the garden behind it rarely feels finished.
How long does a garden project take?
That depends on access, weather, materials, permissions and the shape of the work. We talk through the programme once we have seen the site instead of offering a universal number that sounds reassuring and proves nothing.
What should I do before you visit?
Take a few photographs, note the rough length or area, and think about how you want to use the space. Mark any access, drainage, parking or neighbour details you already know. A sketch on the back of an envelope is welcome.
Can you work around existing planting?
Usually, yes, if we know what matters early. We will discuss what to protect, move, replace or allow to grow through the new design. The right answer depends on the plant, the season and the work around it.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
This is a preview build, so nothing is sent. On a live Greenfold site, the next step would be a reply with a useful question, followed by a visit if the project is a good fit.
