Before you send

The useful bits,
in plain English.

These are the answers a real florist site would need to make clear. Here they explain the demo boundary as well as the imagined service.

?

Short version
This is a fictional interface. It has no live delivery diary, customer account or payment connection.

01 / Delivery

Can I choose a delivery date?

In this demo, yes — the order form includes a date to show the interaction. No date is actually booked, and there is no live Stoke-on-Trent delivery service behind the page.

What would delivery cost?

The demo deliberately does not calculate a delivery fee. A production build would confirm the real service area and price before taking payment.

02 / Flowers

What happens if a stem is unavailable?

A real florist would agree a like-for-like substitution with you. Fernwild shows seasonal language but does not claim to hold stock or make a substitution promise.

Can I ask for a particular colour?

That is exactly what the inline finder is for. Pick a colour mood and it will update its illustrative suggestions in the browser. The result is a starting point, not a guarantee.

03 / Planning

Can you help with weddings or larger designs?

The identity is designed to leave room for a consultation journey, but this demo cannot take a wedding brief. The order form is only a front-end demonstration.

Where does my form information go?

Nowhere. The form is handled locally in your browser and only shows a confirmation state. It does not send an email, save a record or connect to a CRM.

Ready to play with it?

Start with a colour,
see where it goes.
