05 / Field notes
Questions, answered without theatre.
Short, plain answers about the shape of the work, the local preview and the parts a real studio would agree with you before launch.
Images · delivery · travel · forms
The useful bits, in one place.
There is no checkout hidden behind these answers. The package comparison and enquiry form are local-preview interactions, ready for a real studio's terms and systems to replace.
How many edited images do the packages show?
The illustrative ladder shows 40+, 150+ and 400+ edited images for the Brief, Story and Whole Day. Those numbers are demonstration copy, not a promise of delivery; a real studio would set the count and editing terms with the client.
When would we see the photographs?
The preview uses three weeks as a placeholder delivery window for the conversation. It is not a service-level claim. A live Haldenreed would confirm the actual gallery date in writing after the shoot.
Can we print and share the images?
The package cards show a personal print licence as an illustrative inclusion. Exact personal, commercial and supplier-use rights should be agreed before launch; this page does not transfer copyright or grant a real licence.
Where does the fictional studio work?
The concept is based in Stoke-on-Trent, with nearby Staffordshire locations as the natural starting point. Travel outside that area would be discussed and quoted by a real studio. No travel rate or coverage promise is being made by this preview.
What if the weather changes?
For outdoor work, the sensible plan is to talk through a covered option, the light you want and whether a date can move. The demo does not claim a specific weather, cancellation or insurance policy; those details belong in a real booking agreement.
What happens when I send an enquiry?
Nothing leaves this browser. The local form checks the required fields and reports a preview message only. It does not reserve a date, create a booking, collect a deposit or send an email; a real implementation would connect it to an approved enquiry flow.
How does the date check work?
It checks a small illustrative diary held in the page's JavaScript. It can show a sample free or booked result and link you to the enquiry route, but it is not a live calendar and cannot hold a date.
