The house / Hulton Yard
Made for the chair.
Fade House is a fictional neighbourhood barber brand for Stoke-on-Trent — a complete demo identity with a recognisable local place, a clear menu and a quiet booking handoff.

The point of view
Fewer things.
Better detail.
The room is built around a simple promise: the haircut should make sense when you wake up tomorrow, not only when you leave the shop. That means a proper conversation, a clear shape and a finish you can repeat.
In this local-only demonstration, the shop and its people are fictional. The goal is to show how a barber can have a distinct digital front door without pretending to have real reviews, awards or credentials.
The rhythm
Arrive.
Reset.
