Why we set up on our own
Between us we spent years inside corporate agencies watching the same thing happen: an inflated valuation to win the instruction, a quiet reduction a month later, and a seller left ringing a rota of people who had never seen their house. We thought a town like Aldermere deserved the opposite — a named agent, an honest number, and a phone that gets answered.
